I am a professional educator who is committed to passing the torch of Judaism on to the next generation. My passion is empowering young people to understand the beauty and privilege of their heritage and to have the confidence and skills to write the next chapter of our people. That is my life’s work and my mission. I currently serve as Assistant Principal and Director of Jewish Life at Bialik College. Indeed, I have attempted to contribute to the Jewish people throughout my life through serving in the Israeli Air Force, being a madrich with Bnei Akiva, founding an education-centred NGO in Israel which pairs disadvantaged youth with English language tutors and by volunteering with a range of organisations. I am also a husband, a father to five young children and honoured to call myself a member of the Australian Jewish community.
